Terms of Service

1. Beta Service

LeftFold is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during this period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

2. Account Management

During the beta period, we reserve the right to suspend, pause, or remove accounts at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts that are inactive, abusive, or in violation of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users before taking action.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to store or process illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data or tenant schemas
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload the service
• Reverse engineer the service or its APIs beyond documented MCP interfaces
• Use the service to build a competing product using our infrastructure

4. Event Data

Events you store through LeftFold are your data. We do not inspect event payloads except as necessary for service operations (e.g., schema validation). During the trial period, events are subject to the trial cap (1,000 events). Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

5. Service Level

During the beta period, we do not guarantee uptime or provide an SLA. We are not liable for damages caused by service downtime, data loss, or interruptions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
